If you have an new or older version of the ROCKMOD and it needs repair or technical assistance of any kind, we offer a repair service that can get your unit up and running again in a short period of time. Please do not send your product in to us until you have received a Service Authorization Number  (SAN).  A SAN number will be given to you once you have a chance to speak with one of our support representatives.
